KAILI Factory Introduction
Kaili is the leader of the razor factory in China.We has been manufacturing and exporting the highest quality of the blades since 1985.
Kaili has strong R&D department and developed the first six blades in China.It is the newest technology with 3-layer series blades system of open back structure. We have been advancing for shaving technology to develop razors that bring our customers great comfort, and smoothest results.
Kaili has total 9 sets of grinding machines, 60 sets of injection machines and 16 sets of assembling machine. The production capacity is total 500 million pieces per year.
Kaili products manufactured from highly selected raw materials and will do large of test to ensure they are in compliance with national and international quality requirements. Before new Kaili product arrived on the market, it will be tested at every stage of its development and manufacturing process.

KAILI R&D Department
Kaili Own Strong R&D department will supply the customization service. We had developed 62 proprietary intellectual property rights patents,12 invention patents, 34 utility patents, 16 appearance patents. We also get the high and new technology certification by government.
KAILI strict QC system
Kaili Standardized Finished products testing. In the process of production, after the completion of production, strict quality sampling inspection, product falling damage experiment, packaging anti-pressure test and other systematic detection, full guarantee the excellent quality of the products developed by Kaili.
