Do not shave before exercise

 After nursing, water is toner


The skin of the "beard area" is more dry than other parts, the shaving technique is more skillful, the movement is careful, all inevitably produce irritation, when the need for nursing is particularly important. The correct shaving procedures are: basic shaving procedures, post-shaving care (after-the-water), basic skin care procedures (toner, facial moisturizing lotions, sunscreen).


Don't confuse the concept of "after-the-water" with "toner", although it is water, but the effect is different. After the water is used after shaving, the main area of care is the skin of the beard area. And toner is used in cleansing, is for the entire face after the post-care.
